transitcal was built by a capricorn sun, gemini moon, and virgo rising (but mostly the virgo rising).

Zodiacal releasing, solar return charts, arabic lots - when i started really getting into astrology and the esoteric, it seemed like i was given some kind of cheat code. if only i could actually understand and apply it...

I started inputting all my transits and other astrological events into my google calendar one at a time so that i could monitor them as my life unfolded. i created spreadsheets with key historical events of my life and retroactively cross-referenced it with transits of the past.

I eventually thought there had to be a better way, and wrote a script to do it for me. transitcal was born out of that script, and here we are a few (many) months later.

transitcal's goal is to build intuitive, functional, and beautiful tools in the intersection of data, astrology and productivity to help people harness the secrets of our universe.
